Ready products are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery timelines for furniture items can be up to 2-4 weeks as many of our designs are made-to-order and handmade by master craftsmen. If the item is in stock, we aim to ship in 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
Creating an account is simple! Just follow these steps:

Enter Your Information: Fill in the required fields, such as your name, email address, and password. You may also be asked for your shipping details.
Complete Registration: Once you’ve filled in your information, click “Create Account” to finish the process. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your email address.

Before our product will get dispatched from local DC, our delivery executive will call you to schedule your delivery. In case you want delivery later than the date specified, you can request the delivery executive to reschedule the delivery of your order.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We work on a no return and refund policy for all items. Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged product and unboxing video. If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

In case of damaged condition, you should reach us at [email protected] and initiate returns/exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
