Overview
We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged product and unboxing video.
If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
We will provide you return shipping label which needs to be attached to the return package. So that we can arrange the return pickup for the same.
Please note: Returns are applicable only for decor pieces. Furniture and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We offer exchange only in below scenarios:-
- A wrong product has been sent/product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
- Manufacturing defect
- Product received in a damaged condition
To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case of damaged condition, you should reach us at [email protected] initiate returns/exchange within 72 hours of delivery.
Cancellation
Order can be cancelled within 8 hour from the time of order placed, Beyond that cancellation is not accepted.
In case of you have to return all the promotional goodies too.
Orders placed during special Sale days are not eligible for cancellation.
Refund Policy
If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:
- All refunds & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer’s premises.
- Once the refund request is approved we will refund your amount and it will get credited in your account 7-8 working days in original payment method.
- Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made.
Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
Breakages
In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send a picture/video of the product via email to c[email protected] We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product even if it is broken for our reference purpose.
Return Process
We shall revert within 2-3 days of receiving return request mail with pictures of transit damage/ wrong order received. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the exchange process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.
Points to remember – Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition with intact original packaging.
